MamasHealth.com "Sophie Lauren" Scholarship Award

Description:

The MamasHealth.com Scholarship Award is available to freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, and graduate students attending a college or university in the United States or Canada.

If you are a freshman and have not yet received your college grades, please submit your transcripts showing that you have enrolled in classes or a copy of your acceptance letter.

At least 1 scholarship will be awarded.

Phone Calls will not be accepted.

The scholarship is dedicated in memory of our precious 10 month old puppy Sophie Lauren.

Qualifications:

You must volunteer 30 hours at an animal shelter or with an animal rescue group and write an essay about the experience. The essay should be between 200 and 400 words.  

In addition to writing about your experience, you must submit proof of your volunteer hours and your official college transcripts (for proof of enrollment) to be eligible for this award.

Application:

All submissions must include college transcripts, the essay, and proof of volunteer hours. Submissions can be sent through regular mail.
