Running shorts are shorts specifically designed to provide support for runners. They are usually short in length and made of lightweight material.

Finding Running Shorts that are Best for You

The first step in finding running shorts that suit you is to determine your needs. Do you want to carry items (energy bars, keys, energy gels) in your short pockets? Do your inner thighs chafe when you run? If your inner thighs tend to chafe when you run, you may need to wear longer shorts. Will you be running at night?
