Top Baby Names by State in 2011

Each year, the Social Security Administration releases a list of the top baby names based on social security card applications. The list of names are broken down by state and then released to the public. The Riddle Hospital Birthplace, which is located near Philadelphia, PA, has created an infographic based on the latest data that was released earlier this year. It shows the top names across the United States. If you are searching for a name for your child, this graphic may provide you with some ideas. The top female names are Ava, Emma, Isabella, Madison, Olivia and Sophia. The top male names are Alexander, Anthony, Carter, Jacob, Jayden, Liam, Mason, Noah and William. The graphic can also be viewed here.
