Crockpot Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of shortening
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 cups of ripe zucchini, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp of salt

Directions:

  1. Sift together all the dry ingredients and mix the wet ingredients separately.
  2. Cream all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour them into a greased baking mold.
  4. Place the baking tin on a rake in the crockpot.
  5. Pour a little water in the bottom and cook on high for 5 hours.

 

 

 

Crockpot Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp of salt

Crockpot Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 1/2 cups of flour
  • 3/4 cup of butter
  • 1 package of cake yeast

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 6 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar

Directions:

  1. To make the cake, mix the yeast in the warmed milk. Fold in half of the flour and beat it well.
  2. Add the butter and remaining ingredients and fold them in. Knead the dough and allow it to rise.
  3. Add the dough to a baking mold. Make the topping.
  4. Mix the sugar and milk so that it has a crumbly consistency. Sprinkle it on top of the cake.
  5. Place the baking mold on a rack in the crockpot. Pour 1/4 cup of water in the bottom.
  6. Simmer on med for 5 hours.
