Mama's Kitchen Dilemmas

Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 lemons, washed and minced
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer them for 12-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Lime Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 limes, minced
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer them for 12 minutes.

 

 

 

Mandarin Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1cup of mandarin juice
  • 1/2 cup of mandarin orange slices, chopped
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of cooking sherry

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients well in a pan and bring them to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer them on low for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir them constantly.
