Your physical health plays a big role in your financial health, and vice versa. You have to pay attention to what your body is telling you and try to act, and react, accordingly. True enough, money and material wealth is great to have, but when you don't take care of yourself mentally and physically throughout your lifetime, all the money in the world don't mean a thing if you can't enjoy it.   • Take essential vitamins and minerals
  • Stay away from fatty foods
  • Drink plenty of water
  • If you smoke, QUIT
  • If you drink, drink moderately
  • Excercise as often as possible
  • Get enough sleep and relaxation
  • Try to stop worrying, especially about things you can't change
  • Interact with other people
  • Do the things that make you happy

You should take a physical at least once a year and talk to your doctor about the things that are of concern to you. Take an active role in promoting your own good health.
